2. Scope of services
We provide information technology and computer services, including IT systems setup and configuration, scheduled IT administration, data backup and migration, website and web server administration, IT systems reviews and documentation, as well as technical support for events and performing arts.
We work only on systems and equipment that the client owns or is entitled to manage. We do not provide technical support on behalf of third-party software or hardware manufacturers, and we are not affiliated with them.
3. Proposals and contracts
Information on this website is general and is not an offer. A contract is formed only when both parties have agreed in writing (including by email) on a proposal describing the work, timeline and price. If the terms of a signed proposal differ from these terms, the proposal prevails.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the access needed to carry out the agreed work.
- Hold valid licences for the software and services on which we are asked to work.
- Keep your own copies of important data before work begins, unless backup is part of the agreed scope.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the agreed proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. VAT is added where applicable.
6. Liability
We carry out our work with professional care. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, our liability for any claim related to a contract is limited to direct damage and to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or loss of data that the client could have prevented by keeping backups. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is always complete, up to date or available without interruption.
7. Confidentiality
We keep confidential any information about the client's systems, data and business that we receive while providing services, and use it only for the agreed work.
8. Intellectual property
The texts and design of this website belong to A'CAPPELLA MUSIC OÜ. Documentation prepared for a client may be used freely by that client for its own purposes once the related invoice is paid.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our work, please send a written complaint to support@acappellamusicou.com describing the issue. We confirm receipt and reply in writing within 15 working days. We aim to settle disagreements by negotiation.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms and all contracts with A'CAPPELLA MUSIC OÜ are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved in Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), unless mandatory law provides otherwise. A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority of Estonia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time a contract is formed applies to that contract.
